She is a spiritual life coach and the founder of Dragonfly Bhakti. Breathwork

While various breathing practices have been around for centuries, science is just beginning to provide evidence that the benefits of this ancient practice are real. Studies have found that breathing practices can help reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, insomnia, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and attention deficit disorder.

Activating optimum wellness and flow, the breathwork she curates is an expansive form of meditation. It’s designed to stimulate emotion and incite movement in the body to activate optimum wellness and flow. This process may drudge up old, stuck energies creating space for personal healing to take place. Lying down in a comfortable position with an eye mask and music on, your breathwork session begins. An average session lasts one hour and 15 minutes.

People who practice breathwork describe feeling tingling sensations throughout their body, clarity, insight, alertness, increased mind-body connection, and even emotional purging. Even for those with less to release, they open themselves up to one of the most relaxing and recalibrating experiences.
